Step 2: select 1 = Mobile money user

Step 3: select 2 = Merchant

Enter this number again in the next step.

Step 5: Enter the amount you wish to load you wallet with.

Step 6: *Enter your registered GSM number as your reference number*.

Congratulations. You have successfully loaded your GSM wallet.

TO LOAD VIA TIGO CASH

 Step 1: Dial.*110#. to access your tiGO Cash wallet and select 1 = Send cash

Step 1: Dial.*110#. to access your Vodafone Cash wallet and select 2 = Withdraw cash

Step 4: Enter the amount you wish to load your wallet with.

Step 4: Enter 1: confirm

Step 5: Enter your *Vodafone cash pin* to complete transaction.

Wait patiently for transaction details from Vodafone through SMS.

BUYING OR SELLING AIRTIME

1. Dail *161*444#

To progress to the next stage at every point, you would need to type the corresponding number to the left of the options and then press the send option. In this case, we are top up redit so the option to select is 1 and then we press enter

2. Enter amount (in digits) to purchase or send

Note: 1 = Ghc1.00, 0.70 = Ghc0.70p. I am using GHc0.70p as an example.

3. Select which number to send credit to. That is either to your own number or another number.

4. You need to enter the correct phone number you want to send the credit to. You would need to confirm it a second time after entering it.

5. You would be required to enter the network of the number you are transferring credit to. It does not matter the network you are using. You would be able to send the credit successfully without any charges.

6. Enter your GSM wallet pin to confirm top up. At this stage, confirm the number and amount you are sending before you press the send button.

You would receive a successful top up confirmation. Just repeat the steps anytime you want to purchase credit for your personal use and you are on your way financial freedom.

TO WITHDRAW MONEY

I you were wondering when this portion of the business would be made known to you. I know right. We have all been there. We wanted assurance that our hard earned money wont be locked up without us been able to withdraw.

Withdrawing from your account is very simple. To do so, you would need to login into your account on the website. 

Click on the Request Withdrawal option. You would be given two options as to how the withdrawal would be done. 

You can withdraw from your GSM account into either your bank account or through your mobile money number.
